Reece's Peanut Butter Cookie Pizza

Ingredients

Cookie Crust

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1 room temperature large egg

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

  • 1 cup Reese's Pieces

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter


 

Directions


COOKIE CRUST

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Place a piece of parchment paper on a 12-inch round pizza pan (regular pan will do).

  3. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and both sugars together until there is a smooth consistency.

  4. Then beat in the egg and stir in the baking soda, vanilla, and salt.

  5. Place dough on parchment paper. Grab a second piece of parchment and lay it on top. Then roll out the dough until it is evenly rolled onto the baking dish.

  6. Bake for 7-19 minutes or until the center does not look moist. Slightly undercook it if you are able so that the cookie doesn't get too crispy.

  7. Move on to the sauce while this is baking.


PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter over medium low heat. Stir occasionally until it is fully combined. Remove from head and allow for it to cool slightly.


Putting It Together

  1. Once crust is done, take out of the oven and turn the oven on broil.

  2. Immediately add Peanut Butter Sauce (save a small amount for a drizzle), marshmallows, Reese's Puffs, and chocolate chips.

  3. Place pizza back in the oven and watch carefully. After about a minute (or until the marshmallows start to turn golden brown), take it out of the oven.

  4. Pour left over peanut butter sauce over pizza.

  5. Serve pizza immediately.
