Ingredients
6 ounces chorizo
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated white cheddar
Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups milk at room temperature
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan
1/2 cup white cheddar
Directions
Preheat oven to 450
In a medium saucepan at medium heat, melt the butter.
Whisk in the flour until smooth and cook for about 2 minutes.
Then add in the milk until well combined.
Stir in the garlic, white pepper and nutmeg.
Cook while you are stirring often until sauce becomes thick.
Once the sauce has thicken, remove from heat.
Then stir in the cheese until the cheese is melted.
In a small pan at medium heat cook the chorizo.
Cook for 5-7 minutes and crumble it as it cooks.
Add in the minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Drain the grease from the chorizo and pat it down with paper towels.
Roll out dough and top it with sauce, cheese, and chorizo.
Cook for 9-12 minutes or until crust is cooked thoroughly.
Serve immediately.
