Ingredients
1 pack of sliced ham
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
Sauce
2 slices of finely chopped ham
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp rosemary finely chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 1/4 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 450
At medium-high heat in a sauce pan, add olive oil and ham. fry bacon until lightly browned.
Add rosemary leaves and garlic to the pan, then continue to cook for another 30-60 seconds.
Add cream, dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the pan and stir to combine.
Add flower and turn the burner to low heat and simmer for 5 -7 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
Add salt and pepper to taste and set to the side.
Roll pizza dough out and top it with sauce, sliced ham, and cheese.
Cook in the oven for 9-12 minutes or until dough in cooked all the way through.
Slice, Serve, and enjoy.
