Ingredients
16 oz pulled pork package or left over pulled pork
2 sliced Jalapeños
1 small can of diced pineapples
Your favorite BBQ sauce
1 cup mozzarella
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro for garnish
Directions
*The hope for this pizza is to use left overs to make something new! But you can totally use store bought pulled pork if you want.
Preheat oven to 450
Roll the pizza dough out.
Put a cup or so of BBQ sauce on the dough. Then pulled pork, cheese, jalapeños, pineapples, and cilantro.
Bake in the oven for 8-12 minutes or until the crust is cooked through.
Top will a little extra sauce if desired.
