Ingredients
1 1/2 cup mozzarella
Meatloaf
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 grated small onion
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 pounds of ground beef
Sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup BBQ suace
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp mustard
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Combine all of the meatloaf ingredients in a medium bowl.
Once they are combined, bake for an hour in a bread ban.
While that is cooking, mix all of the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Once the meatloaf is finished cooking, take out, and allow to cool down for a little.
Turn oven to 500 and chop up meatloaf into small bites.
Roll out pizza dough and top it with sauce, cheese, and crumbles meatloaf.
Cook for 9-14 minutes or until the crust is thoroughly cooked.
Serve immediately.
