Pizzghetti
Ingredients
2 cups cooked spaghetti
1 1/4 cup tomato sauce
Pack of fresh Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan
Meatballs for 2 pizzas
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 slice bread
Instructions
In medium bowl, mix ground beef, egg, oregano, garlic, milk and parmesan.
Damp the slice of bread with a little water.
Combine bread with ground beef mixture.
Roll 2 tablespoon size meatballs and cook them in a skillet on medium until cooked all the way through.
Spread out pizza dough.
Place 1/2 cup tomato sauce on top of crust and spread evenly.
Spread parmesan cheese over sauce.
Cut Mozzarella cheese into slices and spread over sauce.
Mix the spaghetti with 1/2 cup sauce and spread evenly to the top of the pizza.
Cut meatballs in half and distribute them onto pizza.
Brush the tops of meatballs with the remaining tomato sauce.
Bake pizza in 450 degree oven for 12 minutes or until crust is crisp.
Serve and enjoy!
