Philly Cheesesteak Pizza

Fresh Pizza of Bel-Aire


Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound top sirloin flank steak

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • Pizza Crust

  • Jar of Alfredo Sauce

  • 1 small green pepper

  • 1 small red pepper

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

  • salt and pepper for taste





 

Directions

  • *Day Before*

  • In a small bowl whisk together Worcestershire sauce, Olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, Soy sauce, Dijon mustard, & Minced garlic.

  • Pour ingredients into a zip-lock bag and marinate the steak overnight in the fridge.


  • Ready to make

  • Preheat the oven to 450

  • Cook the meat on the stove until thoroughly cooked through.

  • Thinly slice the green and red pepper.

  • Over medium-high heat, sauté the peppers until they are soft.

  • Roll out pizza dough and top it with sauce, steak, cheese, steak, and peppers.

  • Cook the pizza for 10 minutes or until the bottom starts to become brown.
