Fresh Pizza of Bel-Aire
Ingredients
1/2 pound top sirloin flank steak
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp minced garlic
Jar of Alfredo Sauce
1 small green pepper
1 small red pepper
2 cups mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper for taste
Directions
*Day Before*
In a small bowl whisk together Worcestershire sauce, Olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, Soy sauce, Dijon mustard, & Minced garlic.
Pour ingredients into a zip-lock bag and marinate the steak overnight in the fridge.
Ready to make
Preheat the oven to 450
Cook the meat on the stove until thoroughly cooked through.
Thinly slice the green and red pepper.
Over medium-high heat, sauté the peppers until they are soft.
Roll out pizza dough and top it with sauce, steak, cheese, steak, and peppers.
Cook the pizza for 10 minutes or until the bottom starts to become brown.
