Ingredients
1 homemade pizza crust
1 homemade pie crust
8 slices of bacon
1 pound ground Italian sausage
24 slices pepperoni
1 cup mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup Italian cheese, divided
1 egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Cook your bacon and sausage on stovetop (don't over cook it).
Roll out pizza crust and place in a pie dish.
Bake until no longer doughy, about 14 minutes.
Remove from oven, and reduce temperature to 350.
Layer 1/2 cup of each cheese, sauce, and meat. Repeat layer.
Roll out your pie crust into a thin layer, then place on top of layered ingredients. Cut three slits in the middle of the pie crust.
Brush with egg wash and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until baked through.
